Applying for “Money Safe” via Net Banking, the PBHK Digi mobile app (“PBHK Digi”), or by visiting any of Public Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) branches. - Provide Comprehensive Protection
Upon locking, the protected funds are safeguarded and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or debited via any channels including but not limited to Net Banking, PBHK Digi, ATMs or branches. - In-Branch Fund Unlocking Only
Unlocking and accessing protected funds require the account holder to visit any of the Bank branches in person and complete identity verification.
