Senior Officer – MPF & Insurance Support
- Handle staff and customer inquiries on MPF and Insurance products
- Manage routine administration tasks and prepare periodic management and financial reports for departments
- Participate in promotional activities and support projects
- Assist in coordinating product launches and preparing sales targets reports
- Secondary education with minimum 2 years of experience in banking, insurance, or MPF
- Strong communication skills, with good telephone manner
- Proficient in Excel (particularly in applying formula and perform data analysis) and Word
- Possess the qualifications of IIQE (Paper 1,2,3)
- Qualified to register for MPF intermediary is a plus
