Deputy Manager (Remittance & Settlement)
- Supervise staff of Remittance & Settlement and be responsible for managing and administering all operational aspects of daily operation, projects implementation, etc.
- Establish standard operating procedures and ensure that the procedures, credit policy and AML Policy are strictly followed and review the procedures and policies periodically
- Advise on appropriate technology and operations supports to business units
- Arrange to review, propose and implement changes to improve and streamline the operations workflow, procedures and system functions
- Ensure the Bank’s operational policies / risk management systems are properly implemented in accordance with the requirements of the HKMA, HKICL, etc. and exercising best practice
- Lead all related projects from time to time, from providing user requirement to end-to-end testing
- Degree holder in Banking / Business Administration or other related disciplines with minimum 10 years’ solid operations experience in banking industry of which at least 5 years at managerial level
- Excellent inter-personal and managerial skills
- Proficient in PC applications
- Candidate with experience in Trade Finance will be an advantage
