Securities Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and excellent securities related services to customers
  • Acquire and nurture new and existing customer relationships in line with target segments for optimizing new business opportunities
  • Support securities promotional campaigns and application of securities related products
  • Collaborate with branch staff on the securities business and report to Department Head
  • Manage operational risk and adhere to the compliance requirements of the relevant policies and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ experience in RA1
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented
  • Proficient in in MS Office, including Word, Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
