IT Support Assistant
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems availability
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical helpdesk support across company in person or over the phone, ad-hoc support is required
- Capability of clerical and paper work is necessary
- Able to work independently
- Holder of Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in system and helpdesk support
- Knowledge on virtualization will be an advantage
