Customer Service Administrator (Digital Transformation)
- Responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, live chat, offline messaging or email to enhance customer experience with our digital banking products and services
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues in an efficient manner
- Secondary or above with minimum 1 year experience in call centre or customer service field, preferably in banking industry
- Good knowledge of digital banking services in banking industry is definite advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused, pleasant attitude, professional customer service and telephone manner
