Senior IT Support Officer
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software and systems
- Documentation of procedures for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new software and hardware
- Monitor and maintain the availability of computer systems
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical helpdesk support throughout the company, both in-person and over the phone
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks as required
- Proactive and independent, with the capability to assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience in system and helpdesk support
- Knowledge on Unix/Linux/AIX will be an advantage
