Responsibilities:<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Lead and manage internal projects within the Securities department and coordinate cross-functional teams &amp; monitor on the project development schedule</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Participate in system enhancement / integration projects and other ad hoc operational initiatives</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of securities promotion campaigns, including collaborating with coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence and alignment with strategic goals.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Assist in support the implementation and regular review of policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant SFO and regulatory requirements</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Assist in handle issues in relation to communications with HKMA, SFC and HKEX, co-ordinate necessary responses or actions</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Conducting market research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Handle Administration works of the department</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Degree holder with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the investment industry</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills</li><li style="text-align:justify;">License holder with passes in HKSI Licensing Exam (Paper 1, 7 &amp; 8) or equivalent is preferred</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing</li></ul>

<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Liaise, check and handle offshore markets settlement, such as bonds and unit trust settlement, dividend or interest distribution</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Check and update share deposit / withdrawal entries, cash movement and G/L accounting entries</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Review corporate announcement to ensure entitlement details or corporate actions are recorded and to be done as scheduled</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Perform entitlements taking up and distribution of dividend, bonus, cash offer, open offer and warrants/rights etc.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Participate in User Acceptance Testing and other ad-hoc projects</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Secondary education or above with minimum 5 years’ experience in shares operations / settlement of offshore markets</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Familiar with CCASS operations</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Knowledge on liaising with Clearstream Banking Agent for settlement support is an advantage</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Good communication skills in both English and Chinese</li></ul>
