Assistant Manager – Digital Transformation
- Conduct market survey and competitor product analysis in response to new digital products and services features offered by other financial institutions via online media, engagement with customers, etc. to identify gap and opportunities and initiate product feasibility studies
- Consistently review and enhance existing digital products and services to remain competitive in the industry
- Obtain and provide direct input on marketing information updates of products and services
- Gather information of customer experiences and opinions on the Bank’s digital products and services
- Supervise & support the E-Banking hotline to ensure quality services on customers’ enquiries
- Review the reports related to internet banking, mobile banking and digital banking
- Degree holder in Business, Banking & Finance or Marketing related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ solid marketing / project management experience in banking industry
- Creative, self-initiated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiar with the market trend and possess strong presentation skills
