- Residential real estate loans have a maximum period of 30 years and a maximum limit of 70%
- Non-residential real estate loans have a maximum term of 10 years and a maximum limit of 50%

2. Deposit And Counter Service
- Accept fixed deposits from Chinese residents*, and non-residents (Including but not limited to Hong Kong people and foreign passport holders)
- Multiple deposit currency options: HKD, CNY, USD
- Foreign exchange transactions between HKD and CNY
*Chinese domestic residents only accept fixed deposits of no less than RMB 500,000 each with a deposit period of no less than three months.
