	Independent Non-Executive Co-Chairman	Tan Sri Dato' Thong Yaw Hong Tan Sri Dato' Thong Yaw Hong was appointed an Independent Non-executive Co-Chairman of Public Financial in July 2006 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of Public Financial. He is the Independent Non-executive Co-Chairman of Public Bank, Public Bank (Hong Kong) and Public Finance. He also holds directorships in several other companies in the Public Bank Group. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Malaya and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. He attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. In September 2006, he was conferred the Doctor of Economics (Honorary) from University Putra Malaysia. Tan Sri Dato' Thong Yaw Hong has had a distinguished career with the Government of Malaysia, primarily in the fields of socio-economic development planning and finance. He had served in the Economic Planning Unit in the Prime Minister's Department since 1957 and became its Director-General from 1971 to 1978 and served as Secretary-General, Ministry of Finance from 1979 until his retirement in 1986.
	Executive Director/ Chief Executive	Mr. Tan Yoke Kong Mr. Tan Yoke Kong has more than 28 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. He was appointed an Executive Director of Public Financial in February 1992 and is an Executive Director / Chief Executive of Public Bank (Hong Kong). He is a member of the Risk Management Committee of Public Financial. Mr. Tan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom. He had served as the Vice-chairman of The DTC Association and a member of The Deposit-taking Companies Advisory Committee for several years.
	Executive Director/ Alternate Chief Executive	Mr. Chong Yam Kiang Mr. Chong Yam Kiang has 40 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. He was appointed a Non-executive Director of Public Financial in January 2009. He is also an Executive Director / Alternate Chief Executive of Public Bank (Hong Kong) and a Non-executive Director of Public Finance. He holds a diploma in Management from Malaysian Institute of Management.
	Non-Executive Director	Tan Sri Dato' Sri Tay Ah Lek Tan Sri Dato' Sri Tay Ah Lek has 49 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. He was appointed a Non-executive Director of Public Financial in January 1995 and is a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee of Public Financial. He is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of Public Bank. He is also a Non-executive Director of Public Bank (Hong Kong) and Public Finance. Tan Sri Dato' Sri Tay Ah Lek holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Henley, United Kingdom and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, the Institute of Bankers Malaysia and the Malaysian Institute of Management. He is presently the Chairman of the Association of Finance Companies of Malaysia and the Association of Hire Purchase Companies Malaysia. He is a member of the National Payments Advisory Board in Malaysia. He also holds directorships in several other companies in the Public Bank Group.
	Non-Executive Director	Dato' Chang Kat Kiam Dato' Chang Kat Kiam has 35 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. He was appointed a Non-executive Director of Public Financial in March 2004. He is also a Non-executive Director of Public Bank (Hong Kong) and Public Finance and a member of the Risk Management Committee of Public Financial. He is currently a Chief Operating Officer of Public Bank. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. He also holds directorships in several other companies in the Public Bank Group.
	Independent Non-Executive Director	Mr. Lee Chin Guan Mr. Lee Chin Guan has 17 years of experience in the legal practice, principally in commercial and corporate matters. He was appointed an Independent Non-executive Director of Public Financial in September 2004 and is a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee of Public Financial. He is also an Independent Non-executive Director of Public Bank (Hong Kong) and Public Finance. He qualified as a Barrister-at-Law from the Middle Temple, United Kingdom in 1982. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Science (Hons) from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, England and Degrees in Law from Cambridge University, Oxford University and Chicago - Kent College of Law.
	Independent Non-Executive Director	Mr. Quah Poh Keat Mr. Quah Poh Keat has 35 years of experience in auditing, tax and insolvency practices and had worked in Malaysia and United Kingdom. He was appointed a Non-executive Director of Public Financial in July 2008 and re-designated as an Independent Non-Executive Director in January 2009. He is currently a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and Risk Management Committee of Public Financial. He is also an Independent Non-executive Director of Public Bank, Public Bank (Hong Kong) and Public Finance. He also holds directorships in several other companies in the Public Bank Group. Mr. Quah is a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He was a partner of KPMG Malaysia since 1 October 1982 and appointed Senior Partner (also known as Managing Partner in other practices) in October 2000 until 30 September 2007. He retired from the firm on 31 December 2007.
